South Sydney Rabbitohs - Heffron Centre
We don't just create furniture; we weave stories, emotions, and identities into every piece. Our recent venture on the Heffron Centre, the esteemed new home for the South Sydney Rabbitohs, stands as a testament to this philosophy.
Our commitment to Australian craftsmanship was showcased prominently in this project. Not only did we emphasise the quality and durability inherent to our designs, but we also incorporated thoughtful touches that resonate with the spirit of the Rabbitohs. Subtle yet significant, we infused the iconic Rabbitohs' colours into the furniture. These touches, while often understated, evoke a sense of pride, unity, and allegiance – mirroring the passion and fervor of the fans and the team.

Executive Suite TAFE SA
In partnership with Co Design Construct, we are so proud to have supplied furniture and workstations for the innovative office redesign of TAFE SA's Executive Suite.
This contemporary transformation retains the essence of the original construction while seamlessly ushering the space into the modern age. Notably, a pre-existing artwork representing First Nations people that adorned the Light Square entrance has been thoughtfully extended onto the façade of the Executive Suite, inviting visitors into the space.
The hues from this artwork have been tastefully integrated into the materials and finishes of the public entrance, forging a harmonious link from the threshold.

UniSA Enterprise Hub
During 2020, UniSA enlisted the expertise of Swanbury Penglase to embark on a transformative journey, reinventing 9 Light Square, Adelaide into a dynamic and innovative workplace hub.
Boasting a storied past in the west end of the city, 9 Light Square holds a fascinating history, having served as a skins and hides warehouse, the renowned 'Dutch Club,' the vibrant Le Rox Nightclub, and the captivating Night Train Theatre Restaurant over the years.
We are proud to have supplied key items of furniture for the prestigious UniSA Enterprise Hub project. Working alongside the talented teams at Hansen Yuncken and Swanbury Penglase.
Swanbury Penglase Architects were the visionaries behind the design, creating a space that inspired creativity, productivity, and teamwork for UniSA’s forward-thinking community. As experts in providing top-quality furniture, Workspace Commercial Furniture was pleased to support their vision, ensuring the hub became a beacon of innovation and collaboration.
Leading the project was UniSA, serving as the Project Managers, to bring the project to life.

The Buzz at Yarrabilba
In the heart of Yarrabilba, a vibrant and growing community within Logan City, a new haven of connectivity, creativity, and collaboration has emerged – "The Buzz." This cutting-edge community space, brought to life by the Logan City Council, is poised to become a hub of activity, fostering a sense of togetherness and empowerment among its residents. Workspace Commercial Furniture, is incredibly proud to be a part of this project providing furniture to transform this into a true modern space.

Consumer and Business Services SA
Collaborating with Mossop Construction + Interiors, we are delighted to present a captivating glimpse into the renovation of the Consumer and Business Services, Births, Deaths, and Marriages Registration office in Adelaide's CBD. Our exquisitely designed Wes Chair, showcasing graceful curves and impeccable craftsmanship, perfectly complements the meticulously crafted DecoPanel, opulent marble, and bespoke brass fittings and fixtures. Together, these elements have gracefully transformed the space into an enchanting venue for saying "I do!"

Clarke Energy
In a successful collaboration with MGID Interior Design and Clarke Energy, Workspace has completed the fitout of Clarke Energy's newly constructed purpose-built facility in Thebarton. This state-of-the-art, three-story building is specifically designed by COX to meet Clarke Energy's requirements, accommodating approximately 120 employees. It harnesses natural lighting in communal spaces, meeting rooms, the Australasia Technical Training Centre, and offices.
Taking inspiration from the Jenbacher gas engines displayed in the lobby and incorporating elements from the Clarke Energy logo, the space is adorned with vibrant pops of green and red throughout. The sleek combination of black and grey colours creates a seamless ambiance that perfectly complements the functional and modern nature of the workspace.

Cancer Council SA
Workspace Commercial Furniture is proud to have been involved in the fit out of the new integrated cancer building for Cancer Council SA. Our team worked closely with the project managers to create a space that is not only functional and practical but also comfortable and welcoming for patients and staff alike.
Our range of commercial furniture was carefully selected to meet the specific needs of the building, including comfortable seating for waiting areas, durable workstations for staff, and adaptable furniture solutions for multi-purpose rooms. We also provided bespoke furniture pieces to help create a warm and inviting atmosphere, while maintaining a professional and modern aesthetic.

Novita - Christies Beach
Workspace, having accomplished fit outs for the Hindmarsh, Modbury North and Warradale Therapy Hubs, is pleased to collaborate once more with Novita on their brand new Southern Regional Headquarters in Christies Beach.
The opening of Novita Christies Beach in March 2023 marked a significant milestone for Novita with the purpose-built hub offers a full range of Novita services, including therapy, community, and assistive technology.
Being involved in the development of a space that highlights the most recent advancements in the industry and enables individuals with disabilities to live more self-sufficiently is a privilege.

The Healthy North Coast - Ballina
The Healthy North Coast Ballina Office fit out is a prime example of a modern and practical workspace design. The space has been expertly designed to promote collaboration, productivity, and overall wellbeing among employees. The office features an open-plan layout with ample natural light and greenery, which has been shown to have a positive effect on mood and productivity. The furniture and equipment used in the office are ergonomic, meaning they are designed to support good posture and prevent injury. This prioritises the health and comfort of employees while they work.

SITA Inc.
Working closely with Insight Projects, Workspace recently completed an office refresh and development for SITA Inc. Workspace delivered a new casual workplace, meeting areas and dining areas. Working with a fresh, clean palette, Workspace provided a range of furniture solutions as well as custom L Shape Banquet seating and custom banquet seating with planter boxes.

Perks Accountants and Wealth Advisers
The Perks Office redevelopment project is a recent collaboration between IA Design and Workspace Commercial Furniture. The goal of the project was to create a modern and functional office space that would meet the changing needs of the company and its employees.
The team at IA Design and Workspace used their expertise in office design and office furniture to create a space that was both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. The end result was a fully fitted out office that was both practical and visually appealing, providing a comfortable and productive work environment for all employees.

Kone Cranes and Demag Office
We're thrilled to be a part of the Kone Cranes and Demag office redevelopment project in collaboration with Ahrens. Workspace provided a complete office fit out, including workstations, individual offices, boardrooms, collaboration spaces, break out areas, kitchens, and more. We were proud to be the sole furniture provider, supplying all pieces from our Workspace line. The finished product looks incredible!

DiJones Real Estate
Workspace expands their expertise within the commercial office space through the recent project with I&D Studio, DiJones Real Estate office redevelopment.
DiJones Real Estate in Wollongong NSW recently underwent a transformation complete with a full office redevelopment. Workspace worked closely with I&D to prepare practical furniture solutions which also oozed style and class.

Forestry Corporation
Workspace along with Insight Projects delivered an office redevelopment for Forestry Corporation West Pennant Hills.
Working closely with the client Workspace were able to achieve their project brief by delivering furniture that oozed both comfort and style. Focusing on the company's key branding colours, Workspace delivered custom Quadra stools which were powder coated white and upholstered in their forest green colour scheme.
Ensuring flow and both collaborative and individual working was also key in the brief for the office redevelopment. Providing a range of clustered Workstations as well as individual meeting spaces allows employees to work individually at their designated desk whilst also work collaboratively in private.

Rawson Verco Need, Keswick SA
Workspace recently worked closely with Rawson Verco Need, MGiD and Partek to deliver the newly established Rawson Verco Need headquarters in South Australia. The project executed to the client’s brief; to deliver a cost effective functional commercial office space with room for expansion.

Timms Realestate HQ
Workspace recently collaborated with Timms real estate to provide practical, functional and stylish furniture solutions for their new Timms HQ. The HQ boasts a large 728m2 modern-industrial inspired converted warehouse, and Workspace worked closely with the clients to ensure their office pieces complemented the incredible architecture of the building.
The new Timms HQ, has all of the latest mod-cons and tech, including a gym, café, Virtual Reality room, gaming room, function centre, and more! Workspace worked closely with Timms to provide stylish office solutions for their multiple game rooms and function centre, as well as providing practical workstations for their collaborative work zones and individual office spaces.
Workspace provided a complete end-to-end solution to Timms providing initial design and selection consultations through to manufacturing, delivering and installation.

Level 8/257 Collins Street
Workspace's latest commercial office fit-out took on a modern innovative feel to workplace design. The initial brief was considered and vision was clear and the design outcome was a stylish office space that not only reflects the end clients (Go1's) branding, but also a space that will seek to inspire and encourage collaboration. Go1's new Melbourne CBD Headquarters is now an incredible space for their team to work together, collaborate and inspire one another.

Complexica Headquarters
Complexica, is a leading provider of Artificial Intelligence software that can optimise sales, marketing and supply chain decisions.
Workspace worked with Matt Michalewicz, CEO of Complexica, and Tandem Building Group to design Complexica’s new Head Office fit-out located in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide. Complexica pushed for a streamline and sophisticated aesthetic that would reflect their company’s ethos of efficiency and reinforce this priority to their cliental. With almost 100 staff across four offices in Australia and Europe, Complexica’s head office was to accommodate for an ever growing staff team.
This new fit-out saw a new open plan office, offices, meeting rooms, a boardroom and a breakout staff kitchen.

Service SA - Prospect
Following on the recent successful Service SA upgrades in Adelaide, Mount Barker and Port Adelaide, Workspace is pleased to deliver the fit out for the new Service SA - Digital Customer Service Centre in Prospect.
The new service center offers visitors and staff an open and inviting space with high spec modern contemporary finishes which creates a fresh, natural and inviting feel.
Workspace supplied a range of furniture solutions to the open plan waiting area, office spaces and storage solutions for all areas.

Peregrine Corporation
A sleek and sophisticated office refurbishment for Peregrine Corporation, within an old sawtooth factory designed by Buchan Group and built by Mossop Constructions. The recently completed office fit out saw a new open plan office including Workspace workstations, meeting rooms, staff kitchen, break out spaces and quiet rooms constructed as pods under the old factory ceiling.
