26 Flinders Street
Studio Nine Architects approached Workspace to provide some office furniture for their newly designed and renovated office fit out at 26 Flinders Street, Adelaide. The project included the roll out of two new test office fits as part of a major building upgrade, with the end product creating stand out spaces from other offices on the market. The space created unique spaces whilst maintaining cost economy for the landlord and ensuring flexibility and functionality to accommodate any potential tenant.

Fusion 5 Adelaide
In conjunction with IA Design Australia, Workspace provided a range of office and educational furniture pieces for the new Fusion 5 Adelaide workplace. The new office space was designed to create a vibe which is informal and social, fostering a culture of openness and communication in a modern cafe-style work space.
The client along with the designer were seeking a light and modern look incorporating the ever popular timber for a softer look. This was achieved through the light furniture choices along with the open airy spaces

Drakes Distribution Centre
A new Drakes Distribution Center in South Australia's northern suburb of Edinburgh has been unveiled and project construction was roughly 11 months and is estimated to be around $125 million. The site expands over 104,000sqm and has the capacity to house approximately 23,000 separate lines of products including groceries, dairy, and frozen foods.

Swinburne University Latelab
Swinburne University in conjunction with Harris HMC recently redeveloped and revamped their library into the Library latelab at their Hawthorn campus. The latelab library now features 24-hour access, all new study spaces, more access to computer pods and laptop plugin stations.
The latelab was designed for students to be able to study at all hours of the day/night and includes everything the students need to improve focus and help prepare for their studies.
Workspace was delighted to provide commercial and educational furniture for this space.

Christies Beach High School
Workspace Commercial furniture is proud to provide furniture for the new Christies Beach High School Inclusive Education unit. The creation of the inclusive education unit was a custom area for students of all learning capabilities to come and learn in a safe environment and provided with excellence in staff and teaching.

North East Specialist Centre - Sessional Suites
MRS Property engaged Cheesman Architects to fit out North East Specialist Centre - Sessional Suites.
The North East Specialist Centre - Sessional Suites offers a new home for specialists and patients in a convenient location with plenty of onsite parking in Adelaide’s North Eastern suburbs.

TAFE NSW Granville
TAFE NSW Granville is located in the geographical heart of Sydney, and has been training students since 1884.Located a short walk from Granville station, TAFE NSW Granville reflects the culturally diverse surrounding area, and is committed to educating and empowering students to meet the needs and expectations of our ever-changing community.

Government Department (NSW)
Working with the client directly, Workspace provided a range of breakout and office furniture items for the Government Department in New South Wales. Workspace also supplied some custom solutions for the project, through planning, manufacture and installation of custom storage units and wave shape desks.

290 Glen Osmond Road, Adelaide
FDC (SA) have recently completed the refurbishment of 290 Glen Osmond Road, Adelaide, SA which included the construction and fit out of a new tenancy for financial services group, Johnston Grocke.

Corporate Health Group
Workspace was excited to work alongside Partek, who have recently delivered the new head office for the Corporate Health Group (CHG) which is located at 103 Henley Beach Road, Mile End.

NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal
The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Liverpool, Sydney fit out is a great example of designing a flexible space to accommodate a fluctuation of occupants from 15 staff to 200 staff + public combined. DEM were appointed by the Department of Justice to provide design services for relocation of the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) from 33 Moore Street to 35 Scott Street, Liverpool.

Cricket NSW
Cricket NSW has begun an exciting new chapter in its long and proud history by moving to Sydney Olympic Park. After 22 years as part of the Moore Park sporting precinct adjoining the Sydney Cricket Ground, Cricket NSW has moved into recently renovated office and training facilities at 6 Herb Elliott Ave.

Keysight Technologies
Keysight Technologies, a technology company that helps enterprises, service providers, and governments accelerate innovation, has opened a new calibration site in Mulgrave, Victoria. Keysight has combined the two separate sites into one that includes administration, sales and marketing as well as the lab, and repair and logistics. The new site will mean that customers can manage services for all instruments from one supplier. This will improve operational performance, reduce logistical complexity, and improve turnaround time.

Primo Foods Head Office
Located in Chullora NSW, the Primo Foods Head Office started as a Sydney butcher shop operated by Hungarian migrant Andrew Lederer in 1957. Drawing on the authentic, traditional recipes of his homeland, he quickly established himself as leading purveyor of continental delicacies like sausages, smoked hams and salamis. Word spread and demand soared, and soon Lederer was on his way to establishing Australia's largest producer of ham, bacon and smallgoods.

Vocus Communications
Vocus Communications worked closely with Enfold striking out a clear vision for the design. Drawing inspiration from the Vocus branding, features of the design include circles, angled lines and vibrant tones to create a modern and striking office space.

Visual Risk
Visual Risk is a risk management and treasury software provider, leading the industry with their innovative approach to business and a plethora of digital products integrating the financial sector with the latest technologies. Being a forward thinking business, Visual Risk approached Morphos to design their new Sydney office with this idea in mind, looking to create a space that reflected the quirky, eclectic culture that the business had developed.

Gawler Civic Centre
"The revitalised Gawler Civic Centre creates a newfound community connection to the historic Town Hall and Institute buildings, whilst re-establishing a civic heart for the Town of Gawler. In doing so, two key heritage buildings are given a new lease of life and create a contemporary civic centre that will serve a revitalised role in the community.

Tonkin Consulting
Tonkin Consulting is a leading provider of engineering, environmental and related services to private and public organisations. With high values on curiosity and collaboration this office fit out designed by Hames Sharley and constructed by Mossop Constructions + Interiors, meant that providing readily available spaces which support collaboration was essential.Workspace manufactured custom booths, chairs, boardroom table and ottomans all to support various meeting zones.

University of Sydney - Lees Building, NSW
The University of Sydney Lees Building in NSW consolidates the School of Molecular Biology and School of Biological Sciences within the Faculty of Science. A 7 level, USYD Sustainability Framework ‘Silver’ rated educational facility. The project is the first phase of a broader Life and Physical Sciences consolidation. The workstations featured custom made frameless screen, with ABS edging strip.

ICAC
Investigate, expose and minimise corruption in the NSW public sector, this is the role of the ICAC. The new workplace and public hearing rooms at 255 Elizabeth Street provided a conceptual response in the built form to the core function of the commission.
Through heavy sloping walls, the juxtaposition of light and dark, layered vs raw, and creative lighting, the design was purposely modeled to represent the concept of ICAC – shining the light on corruption, and making the process transparent to the public of NSW in its built form. The incorporation of the ‘streetlight’ in all main internal circulation corridors, added an animated visual interpretation of ICAC, whilst functioning as a custom designed tool for power/ data reticulation. A dynamic spatial arrangement showcased the large Public Hearing Room reinforcing this concept of ‘transparency’.
