ACIAR – Office Fit-Out
Workspace Commercial Furniture is proud to have collaborated with Projex Building Group and The Mill: Architecture + Design on the complete office fit-out for the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR). Delivered for the Commonwealth as part of ACIAR’s relocation from Bruce, the project reflects a commitment to creating a modern, flexible, and people-focused workplace.
The new ACIAR office has been thoughtfully designed to enhance productivity, adaptability, and long-term value. Incorporating ergonomic sit/stand workstations, adaptable meeting spaces, high-spec conference rooms, and custom joinery, the environment supports both individual focus and collaborative engagement.
Upgraded building services, enhanced security features, and carefully curated commercial furniture have been integrated to deliver a functional, future-ready space. Every element was selected for its quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal, ensuring a workspace that supports the needs of ACIAR’s team today and into the future.

Sagle Constructions SA Headquarters
Workspace Commercial Furniture was proud to partner with Sagle Constructions to deliver a fully customised furniture fit out for their brand-new, purpose-built South Australian headquarters. Designed with a strong focus on functionality, sustainability, and employee comfort, the facility features a bespoke layout across a 500m² commercial footprint. As the company’s flagship space, it aims to achieve a 5-Star Green Star rating and reflects Sagle’s commitment to innovation and long-term growth. Workspace’s tailored furniture solutions complement the architectural vision and support the dynamic needs of the Sagle team.

NSW Government Department, Greater Western Sydney
Workspace proudly partnered with Trinity Fitout & Construction and Project Hemesphere to deliver a full commercial furniture solution for a NSW Government Department office in Greater Western Sydney.
With a focus on functionality, ergonomics, and contemporary styling, the fit-out included custom Travel Electric Workstations with acoustic screens, collaborative meeting tables, breakout seating, and tailored storage. A mix of high-performance task chairs, mobile tables, ottomans, seating and lockers, manufactured in Workspace’s ISO-certified facility.
Featuring premium finishes like Laminex Natural Walnut, Instyle Tonic, and Maharam Mode upholstery, this fit-out showcases our ability to tailor workspace solutions to meet government-grade requirements while maintaining aesthetic appeal.

Estara Mt Gambier Office
Workspace is proud to have partnered with MPH Architects and Dycer Constructions to deliver the new Estara office in Mount Gambier - a thoughtfully designed, modern workspace that reflects Estara’s mission to support communities with care and compassion.
This beautifully crafted environment blends functionality with contemporary aesthetics, featuring ergonomic workstations, collaborative zones, breakout areas, and private meeting spaces. Workspace provided a curated selection of commercial furniture solutions to suit Estara’s flexible working style, including height-adjustable desks, power-integrated meeting tables, upholstered stools, and task seating designed for comfort and performance.
With a focus on user comfort, practicality, and clean design lines, the selected furniture pieces enhance both the form and function of the space. This fitout supports team collaboration while maintaining the professionalism and calm required in a client-facing setting.

NSW Geoscience Centre - Londonderry
Workspace partnered with Insight Projects to deliver a tailored commercial furniture fit-out for the NSW Geoscience Centre in Londonderry.
The fit-out features a refined selection of ergonomic and collaborative furniture solutions, designed to support a dynamic research environment. Workspace supplied Travel Electric Workstations with 1120h Arctic acoustic screens, offering height adjustability and privacy for focused work.
Key pieces include the TONE Mesh Back Task and Drafting Chairs, FLOW Fully Upholstered Chairs in Maharam Mode, and Belle Lounge Chairs upholstered in Instyle Zone, providing comfort and style throughout the space.

Scania Headquarters
Workspace Commercial Furniture is proud to have contributed to the major refurbishment of Scania Australia's Headquarters and Training Centre in Campbellfield, Victoria. This two-stage transformation focused on revitalising Scania’s tired office areas into a high-functioning, contemporary workplace.
Our team supplied high-quality commercial furniture that complemented the architectural vision and delivered a functional, flexible, and inviting environment. Key areas included executive spaces, collaborative zones, training facilities, and client-facing areas – all designed to reflect Scania’s values and brand identity.
Timber cladding and acoustic baffles, paired with modern LED lighting and bold design details, created an inspiring and high-performing space tailored to Scania’s evolving needs. Our contribution ensured seamless integration of furniture into the fitout, aligned with ergonomic standards and workplace efficiency.

The revitalised corporate offices at William Angliss Institute represent a modern workspace tailored for collaboration, connectivity, and innovation. The Westcare Early Learning Centre (ELC) in Port Adelaide is a purpose-built facility designed to provide quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. This family-owned service is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment that feels like an extension of a child’s home, supporting their transition with a strong focus on wellbeing and enrichment.
Situated alongside a café, gym, and the nearby Trinity Medical Centre, Westcare ELC offers families convenience and access to comprehensive community services, including a GP clinic, medical specialists, and allied health services such as physiotherapy and psychology.

Ahrens North Adelaide Office Fitout
Workspace Commercial Furniture is excited to have partnered with Ahrens on the transformation of their new North Adelaide office on Melbourne Street. This fitout project brought a dated 1980s property into the modern era, creating a bold and contemporary two-storey office space that reflects Ahrens' brand identity and capabilities.
Over the course of 13 months, Ahrens’ Design & Construct SA team completely reimagined the space, introducing a striking new façade featuring orange structural steel. This standout design feature highlights the Ahrens brand and brings fresh energy to the North Adelaide landscape. Workspace was proud to provide the high-quality, functional furniture solutions needed to support Ahrens’ dynamic work environment in this innovative new space.

Wealth for Health, a modern workplace designed to enhance employee well-being and productivity, partnered with Workspace Commercial Furniture to create a functional, stylish environment.

Collaborating closely with Spowers, the project architects, we've successfully transformed the existing building space into a modern, vibrant staff hub that promotes productivity and comfort. Amulet Property and Capital Prudential, Norwood

CRA Building, Rose Park
Discover the transformative fit-out of the CRA Building in Rose Park, a showcase project completed in collaboration with Concept Commercial Interiors. This project epitomises modern workspace design, blending functionality with cutting-edge aesthetics to create an environment that inspires productivity and creativity.
At the heart of this fit-out are our Tone mesh back task chairs, designed for enduring comfort and support throughout the workday. Complementing these are our Flow swivel chairs, upholstered in a vibrant Wortley Group - Jasper, Ochre. These chairs marry sleek design with ergonomic functionality, perfect for both collaborative and individual workspaces.
The centrepiece of the meeting areas is the Elan fixed table and boardroom table, both embodying elegance and durability. These pieces serve as focal points for collaboration, discussion, and decision-making. Adding a bespoke touch to the space is the Custom Boston Credenza, a statement piece that combines practical storage solutions with sophisticated design.

Jayco Adelaide Dealership
Workspace Commercial Furniture is excited to unveil the results of our comprehensive fit-out at the brand-new Jayco Adelaide dealership in West Beach. This project highlights our expertise in crafting spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional, focusing on maximising space and enhancing customer comfort.
The design strategy was driven by two key objectives: maximising the utility of each area and ensuring the utmost comfort for both staff and customers.
A standout feature of this project is the custom-made screening between desks, providing privacy while maintaining an open and collaborative environment.
The project also includes bespoke furniture solutions, carefully chosen to complement the natural beauty of the Australian outdoors. The colour palette and materials used resonate with this theme, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere throughout the dealership.

Amicus QLD - 56 Edmondstone Road, Bowen Hills
Workspace Queensland are proud to unveil their work with Amicus, providing a selection of loose furniture for their project at 56 Edmondstone Road, Bowen Hills in Brisbane. This 800sqm speculative suite, skilfully designed and completed in August 2023, features our crafted PIVOT Sled Base chairs in Warwick's Bingle Collection, Terracotta, along with Round Ottomans equipped with Vertical Handles and glides in Warwick's Bristol, Onyx & NSW Leather Co's Millennium, Mandalay.
The workspace is further enhanced by our Hive Ottoman, Right and Left Hand Parallelogram Ottomans, and Hive Straight Backrest Lounge, all adorned in Warwick Bristol, Onyx, and Keylargo, Pumice. These pieces are strategically placed to foster a creative and collaborative environment.
