Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal - Bundoora
The purpose of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is to provide a low cost, accessible, efficient tribunal with a focus on dispute resolution. VCAT deals with a variety of matters but does not assist with debt recovery, motor vehicle accident claims or fencing disputes. VCAT hears cases and resolves disputes through negotiation, mediation and hearings.
Kooyonga Golf Club
Kooyonga Golf Club recently underwent an extreme transformation with a complete $10M construction and fit out development. Located 15 minutes outside of central Adelaide, Kooyonga Golf Club's history extends back to the 1920's.
LHI Community Centre
LHI Retirement Services Community center at Glynde, South Australia recently underwent an extreme transformation to create a quality, warm and welcoming community center for the residents of South Australia. The project, consisting of a new Community Centre, Kitchen, Meeting Hall, Outdoor Social Engagement area, Church Refurbishment, delivers crucial facilities and infrastructure upgrades for the busy site.
PAC Stockton Residential Home – Black Swan Wing

Workspace continues to expand their expertise in Aged Care residential living through their latest project Stockton Residential Home by Presbyterian Aged Care (PAC). Working closely with Gilmore Interior Design, Workspace created a warm and welcoming feel to the home through the use of custom fabric choices and mixture of lounge and seating combinations. Research suggests that Home-style aged care settings can significantly support people in the space, evoking a sense of calm and comfort. This was achieved within the refurbishment of PAC Stockton, through the upgrades to original facility designs, transforming it from clinical to warm and welcoming. Workspace have supplied a range of aged care appropriate furniture for the Black Swan Wing, Pelican Wing and foyer. Tindo Solar
Expanding our expertise in end to end solutions, Workspace recently worked alongside Sagle Constructions on the new Tindo Solar Warehouse and Offices. Tindo Solar recently underwent a huge transformation with their new facility set to open early 2021. The facility located in South Australia features a 1235m2 warehouse, a 1575m2 manufacturing zone with a fully automated assembly line as well as an 800m2 office across two levels.

Uni SA Allied Health Offices
Workspace extends their expertise in the office and educational segments through providing furniture to the University of South Australia for their new fit out. The School of Health Sciences main office has recently been renovated with soft colours and themes throughout. Workspace working closely in conjunction with the University and Grieve Gillett Andersen, provided a range of office workstations and screen solutions which promote individual working spaces for times where social distancing is required. The soft curves of the Arc screen promotes privacy and soundless acoustic working, whilst the length of each promotes communication between adjacent workstations. The soft upholstered HL3 chairs promote comfortable practical seating solutions.
Melbourne Central Tower - Level 14
In conjunction with McCormack Property Services and Studio 103, Workspace provided a range of office furniture for the newly renovated Level 14 Melbourne Central Towers. The previous office space has been reimagined to a brand new fresh design and outlook, ready for new tenants to move in. Office spaces are beginning to be reimagined as businesses return to the city and office spaces post COVID-19 working from home.

Federation University - Gippsland Innovation Centre
Federation University recently underwent an extreme transformation with their newly built Morwell Innovation center. The center is set to be a hub of collaboration between researchers, educators and local industry to help shape an exciting future for Gippsland and the Latrobe Valley. The Centre is located at the Hi-Tech Precinct Gippsland On Monash Way, Morwell, and is intended to support businesses to transition away from economic reliance on traditional industries and out of the COVID-19 pandemic.
