The Community Centre’s curved façade is an excellent example of superb attention to detail, featuring custom made curved brickwork from Sarah Constructions, the first of its kind in South Australia. Working closely with Walter Brooke Architects, Workspace was engaged to supply warm, friendly and inviting furniture pieces to create a home away from home feel within the Community Centre. Supplying a range of Aged Care and Health appropriate furniture ensures wear and tear and common use can withstand the public environments.
Workspace's extensive knowledge within the furniture industry allowed a complete fit out through supply of furniture for the Community Centre, Meeting Hall as well as the outdoor area and church refurbishment.The LHI Community Centre provides accommodation for Independent Living Units and High Dependency Care as well as onsite services including church and chaplains, respite care, medical support services, doctors, physiotherapy, podiatry, occupational therapy, cafes and more.
