ACIAR – Office Fit-Out
Workspace Commercial Furniture is proud to have collaborated with Projex Building Group and The Mill: Architecture + Design on the complete office fit-out for the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR). Delivered for the Commonwealth as part of ACIAR’s relocation from Bruce, the project reflects a commitment to creating a modern, flexible, and people-focused workplace.
The new ACIAR office has been thoughtfully designed to enhance productivity, adaptability, and long-term value. Incorporating ergonomic sit/stand workstations, adaptable meeting spaces, high-spec conference rooms, and custom joinery, the environment supports both individual focus and collaborative engagement.
Upgraded building services, enhanced security features, and carefully curated commercial furniture have been integrated to deliver a functional, future-ready space. Every element was selected for its quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal, ensuring a workspace that supports the needs of ACIAR’s team today and into the future.

Sagle Constructions SA Headquarters
Workspace Commercial Furniture was proud to partner with Sagle Constructions to deliver a fully customised furniture fit out for their brand-new, purpose-built South Australian headquarters. Designed with a strong focus on functionality, sustainability, and employee comfort, the facility features a bespoke layout across a 500m² commercial footprint. As the company’s flagship space, it aims to achieve a 5-Star Green Star rating and reflects Sagle’s commitment to innovation and long-term growth. Workspace’s tailored furniture solutions complement the architectural vision and support the dynamic needs of the Sagle team.

Kaleido Health Centre, Eveleigh, NSW
Workspace Commercial Furniture is proud to be a furniture partner for the newly developed Kaleido Health Centre, a landmark project by ACON Health Centre Limited and the NSW Government - Australia’s first dedicated health facility designed specifically for LGBTQ+ communities.
As part of this trailblazing initiative, Workspace provided a tailored furniture solution that balances comfort, accessibility, and contemporary style to support a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for both patients and staff.
Each piece was carefully selected for its quality, durability, and ability to contribute to a cohesive interior that reflects Kaleido’s mission of equity and care.

NSW Government Department, Greater Western Sydney
Workspace proudly partnered with Trinity Fitout & Construction and Project Hemesphere to deliver a full commercial furniture solution for a NSW Government Department office in Greater Western Sydney.
With a focus on functionality, ergonomics, and contemporary styling, the fit-out included custom Travel Electric Workstations with acoustic screens, collaborative meeting tables, breakout seating, and tailored storage. A mix of high-performance task chairs, mobile tables, ottomans, seating and lockers, manufactured in Workspace’s ISO-certified facility.
Featuring premium finishes like Laminex Natural Walnut, Instyle Tonic, and Maharam Mode upholstery, this fit-out showcases our ability to tailor workspace solutions to meet government-grade requirements while maintaining aesthetic appeal.

Estara Mt Gambier Office
Workspace is proud to have partnered with MPH Architects and Dycer Constructions to deliver the new Estara office in Mount Gambier - a thoughtfully designed, modern workspace that reflects Estara’s mission to support communities with care and compassion.
This beautifully crafted environment blends functionality with contemporary aesthetics, featuring ergonomic workstations, collaborative zones, breakout areas, and private meeting spaces. Workspace provided a curated selection of commercial furniture solutions to suit Estara’s flexible working style, including height-adjustable desks, power-integrated meeting tables, upholstered stools, and task seating designed for comfort and performance.
With a focus on user comfort, practicality, and clean design lines, the selected furniture pieces enhance both the form and function of the space. This fitout supports team collaboration while maintaining the professionalism and calm required in a client-facing setting.

NSW Geoscience Centre - Londonderry
Workspace partnered with Insight Projects to deliver a tailored commercial furniture fit-out for the NSW Geoscience Centre in Londonderry.
The fit-out features a refined selection of ergonomic and collaborative furniture solutions, designed to support a dynamic research environment. Workspace supplied Travel Electric Workstations with 1120h Arctic acoustic screens, offering height adjustability and privacy for focused work.
Key pieces include the TONE Mesh Back Task and Drafting Chairs, FLOW Fully Upholstered Chairs in Maharam Mode, and Belle Lounge Chairs upholstered in Instyle Zone, providing comfort and style throughout the space.

Scania Headquarters
Workspace Commercial Furniture is proud to have contributed to the major refurbishment of Scania Australia's Headquarters and Training Centre in Campbellfield, Victoria. This two-stage transformation focused on revitalising Scania’s tired office areas into a high-functioning, contemporary workplace.
Our team supplied high-quality commercial furniture that complemented the architectural vision and delivered a functional, flexible, and inviting environment. Key areas included executive spaces, collaborative zones, training facilities, and client-facing areas – all designed to reflect Scania’s values and brand identity.
Timber cladding and acoustic baffles, paired with modern LED lighting and bold design details, created an inspiring and high-performing space tailored to Scania’s evolving needs. Our contribution ensured seamless integration of furniture into the fitout, aligned with ergonomic standards and workplace efficiency.
From manufacturing to installation, Workspace ensured each furniture element contributed to a cohesive, comfortable, and forward-thinking workplace - supporting Scania’s goals of talent attraction, retention, and operational excellence.

The George Hotel, Glenelg
Workspace Commercial Furniture is proud to have contributed to the beautifully executed transformation of The George Hotel — a sophisticated new addition to Glenelg’s iconic beachfront and South Australia’s hospitality scene.
In collaboration with 1834 Hotels and key project partners, Workspace was entrusted with the design, manufacture, and installation of the hotel’s custom joinery and interior detailing — delivering a refined and cohesive look across all guest and public areas.
Our scope of work included the bulk of the hotel’s custom joinery, featuring:

Floating vanities and daybeds
Integrated desks and bedheads
Wall panelling and bespoke room dividers

Nightingale Marrickville, NSW
Nightingale Marrickville is a purpose-built social and affordable housing facility managed by Fresh Hope Communities, completed in May 2024. The project provides essential, long-term housing for individuals in need - delivering compact private rooms with shared, thoughtfully designed communal spaces.
Recognising that each private unit includes only a small living area and room for a single bed, the commercial communal spaces were seen as a critical component of the building’s design. These areas were intentionally created to provide residents with space to gather, connect, and unwind - making the overall living experience more sustainable, supportive, and community-focused.
Workspace was proud to supply most of the furniture for the commercial areas. All pieces were selected and crafted to balance functionality, comfort, and durability—supporting long-term use and contributing to the overall warmth and liveability of the environment.
Custom Tasmanian Ash Veneer Round Table, featuring a clean white satin powder-coated tetra disc base, perfect for relaxed communal dining or conversation.
Break Dining Table (2500mm x 900mm x 720mm) - A generous Tasmanian Ash veneer top with round timber legs and white brackets, offering a contemporary yet natural aesthetic.

William Angliss Institute Corporate Office Fitout
The revitalised corporate offices at William Angliss Institute represent a modern workspace tailored for collaboration, connectivity, and innovation. Working in partnership with Y2 Architecture and NeoConstruct, Workspace Commercial Furniture provided a range of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to meet the design’s functional and aesthetic goals.
