UNSW Global
Located in Rosebery, New South Wales, the administration team at UNSW Global recently moved into their new office. The 2,500sqm workplace was successfully converted the previous ‘rabbit warren’ site filled with enclosed offices and working spaces devoid of natural light into an open office space where even the CEO opted for an open workstation. The space is now a light-filled open plan environment offering a central collaboration space, quiet rooms, varied meeting room options and large staff break-out areas for each floor.
Sagle Construction Office, SA
The Sagle Construction office in Adelaide has recently been completed by the talented team at Inarc Interior Design. The brief was to integrate a four-person working office space within a narrow and quite restricted area adjacent to the reception area. A reception area is not complete without a waiting chair and side table to hold the all important business brochures.Our Hex chair featuring INSTYLE fabric, is a comfortable and functional for option for the modern commercial environment. The space also features our popular Asterisk Table with its black on black finish giving it an ultra-modern feel!
ECH Clarence Gardens, SA
Nestled just a few minutes from the heart of Adelaide, ECH Clarence Gardens is a modern office space for its employees and visitors alike. ECH’s purpose “To be an enterprise that promotes self-determination and enables people to have the best life possible as they age” is built firmly upon ECH's historic foundations.
As aged care is a passion at Workspace, it was wonderful to be involved in this project.
Mykra Head Office Fitout, South Australia
Mykra Head Office Fitout, South Australia is a great example of how to make an office a vibrant and productive place to work. Founded in Adelaide, Mykra is a family-owned business that has been delivering professional and high-quality construction and maintenance services for over 65 years. Their office fit out - completed in conjunction with the team at Hosking Interior Design - is a bright and functional space.
Office of Children Guardianship, NSW
The recently completed Office of Children Guardianship in Strawberry Hills, NSW from the team at AriiSmits is a bright and functional work space for the large team of 275! Featuring 170 x Track workstations with dual monitor arms and M-Collection mobile caddies with fabric seat cushion, this space will not only foster team collaboration but also productivity amongst employees.
Department of Finance
Working collaboratively with Design Inc and Built Illusions, Workspace recently completed an office fit out for the Department of Finance in South Australia. The end result was a clean, simple office space that creates a sense of calm and connectivity with a focus on Australian designed and manufactured pieces.
Caesarstone Showroom, SA
Located in the heart of Adelaide (just 3km from the CBD) is the state-of-the-art Caesarstone Australia showroom that will give customers, designers & specifiers the chance to see their high quality offerings in person and in situ, including the latest releases.
The new showroom will be open for both consumers and the trade, allowing all members of the design process to be part of the Caesarstone journey. The space offers a highly engaging and tactile experience that allows visitors to totally immerse themselves in choosing the look and feel of their new kitchen. The new showroom features Workspace Quadra Stools and Axis Timber Chairs.
St Andrew's Hospital, SA
Located in the south-east corner of the city of Adelaide, St Andrew’s Hospital has been providing medical and surgical excellence to South Australians for more that 75 years and is one of Australia’s largest stand alone, independent private hospitals.
Featuring our Bentley Chairs, Asterisk Tables, Plural Chair and the Astor Arm Chair, this modern fit out is now in the running for a Workspace Award!

Flinders Medical Centre, SA
Forming part of SA Health’s Transforming Health Plan, Cheesman Architects completed an upgrade at Flinders Medical Centre that has revitalised the site into the major healthcare facility for Adelaide’s southern community. Adjacent to the existing Flinders Hospital, a state of the art rehabilitation facility spreads 5 levels and 11,000m2. In addition, a specialist 30-bed Older Persons Mental Health Unit complements similar facilities now established across the SA Health network.
The Bend Motor Sport Park, SA
The Bend Motorsport Park is one of the most significant developments in Australian Motorsport history. A state of the art, world-class Motorsport facility, The Bend delivers an exhilarating experience for competitors, enthusiasts and spectators alike. Developed and primarily funded by the Peregrine Corporation, South Australia’s largest private company, construction started on The Bend in early 2016 with the main motor racing circuit completed in April 2018 in time for the first events.
