AFL Max is Australia's first immersive AFL skills and entertainment center and recently opened in Adelaide. AFL Max boasts a range of activities including indoor rock-climbing walls, massive trampolines, virtual reality, an indoor AFL field, climbing tower, bump course, giant slide and more. At AFL Max players and fans of AFL get to test themselves against bespoke kicking, passing, fitness and tackling activations to enhance their skills. There is nothing else like it anywhere in Australia, it has been designed for whole of the community use where the common bond is a love of Australian rules football.

The Bend Motorsport Park is one of the most significant developments in Australian Motorsport history. A state of the art, world-class Motorsport facility, The Bend delivers an exhilarating experience for competitors, enthusiasts and spectators alike. Developed and primarily funded by the Peregrine Corporation, South Australia’s largest private company, construction started on The Bend in early 2016 with the main motor racing circuit completed in April 2018 in time for the first events.

With locations around the world, Edge Church is a global church with a focus on its local community. As the congregations have steadily grown, there was a need to create a new space at each campus. These areas are called G3 spaces, which stands for Gather, Grow and Go. Workspace was delighted to be involved in making sure this multi-purpose area had quality furniture that was easily changeable and removable depending on what was required in the space.

The design of The Pickled Duck exudes an urban rustic feel. The concept given by Hotel Designer, Fleur Linke Evans of Surround Interiors oozed warmth through natural solid timbers that showcased a distress look.

This relaxed, welcoming space features three various styles of bespoke benches with the exterior furniture including a distressed slatted top and bench seating. Custom steel tapered legs, finished in black powder coat were manufactured to contrast with round high timber bar tables to bring more depth into the environment.

In collaboration with the design creativity and construction execution of Plan A, Workspace Commercial Furniture was thrilled to be involved in the upgrade of the Coca Cola Amatil corporate facilities at Etihad Stadium.

The 250 room Oaks on William hotel project comprised of both one and two bedroom style hospitality furniture packages. Workspace designed, manufactured and installed two variations of bespoke entertainment units in contrasting horizontal and vertical decors. Customised upholstered bedhead solution to incoproate power and lighting provision were design, manufactured and installed throughout.

The result is an ideal hospitality fit out with the comfort and style for short and long term stay.

The Algazara restaurant is the archetype Spanish eatery. The relaxed and understated interior welcomes the individual and accommodates the a group for good time and often a long time. Located in Seville, Spain the simple yet aesthetically pleasing interior is bright and welcoming.

High bar tables, standard café tables and restaurant setting are perfectly matched with the stylish light weight Kool Chair, with accompanying sand seat.

Located in the heart of CBD, the Pullman Adelaide (formerly Crowne Plaza) features 308 luxurious and contemporary guest rooms and suites. It also includes public areas along with Redsalt Restaurant and a Business Centre.

The hotel also boasts many environmentally sustainable design initiatives throughout the complex.

Workspace worked with developer Hines Property Group and procurement expert Cairn Cross Martin, with planning and design, prototyping, manufacture and installation of almost four and a half thousand individual pieces of hospitality furniture and joinery.

The Lakes Resort Hotel hospitality fit out project included the design manufacture and installation of a refurbishment program for 40 of the Superior Deluxe Suites. The complete refurbishment program included the provision of custom integrated desk and cupboard units produced in Laminex Smoky Sapelle finish with matching edging.

Customised baggage racks, three panel bedheads and bedside tables in the matching décor bring consistency to the fit out.

The Emporium Hotel Brisbane project is 102 rooms of bold statement colours and furniture. Workspace worked with designer, client and stakeholders to complete a unique and glamorous hospitality fit out experience.

Darker tones for wall decors and window coverings are complimented by custom full height upholstered bed head paneling, matched with dark decor entertainment units, side tables, and desk.

Hines Property group contracted Workspace for the manufacture and installation for the Ibis Hotel Adelaide, 311 guest room's interiors, equating to over 4000 pieces of custom-built furniture. The guest rooms have been cleverly designed and furnished to maximise space and function. Sleek and minimal with a neutral colour scheme and dark wood accents that serve to highlight the stunning Ghostpatrol graffiti artwork.

The Emu Hotel is an icon Hotel located in the southern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. Workspace Commercial Furniture worked with project manager Commercial Vizion Procurement to deliver hospitality furniture solutions as part of a total refurbishment program. Commercial furniture was supplied to areas including lounge bar, bistro dining area, front bar and exterior areas.

Adelaide City Council Library project by architect Hassell was designed to create a space that is truly unique. A hybrid, between a traditional library environment, science laboratory and convention space, providing user’s flexibility to work with the space in a variety of ways.
