The Duggan House acts as a boarding home for around 70 students and features individual rooms for students, fully equipped kitchen, communal dining area, living relaxation areas and a large common recreational room. Working closely with Rostrevor College, Workspace provided a range of educational and hospitality furniture solutions to ensure the needs of each and every student was met.
The Director of Boarding, Mr Michael Vickery, says the contemporary transformation has not only improved the look and feel of the boarding house, but has enhanced the safety, security and wellbeing of Rostrevor's boarding students. "There are spacious living areas in several separate wings of the boarding house, many more bathrooms, and almost every student has his own secure bedroom and study area."
