The flagship property in the Estia Health group (formerly the Padman Empress), Estia Health Lockleys is a truly grand Aged Care facility. Workspace in conjunction with Chelsea Miller Designs collaborated to design, manufacture and deliver furniture throughout this extensive facility.

Utilising diverse fabric colours, decors and finishes, Workspace produced bespoke and standard Aged Care ranges of furniture throughout the expanse of the facility. Dining tables completed in Laminex Walnut tops and solid oak legs are complimented by Bentley chair options partly upholstered in a variety of fabric styles and colours, with solid beech timber arms in a variety of stain decors.

Break out and meeting areas are filled with custom Verve lamp tables ranging in size from 600mm to 100mm diameter, manufactured with solid timber construction and tops finished in a variety of timber veneer tops decors. In addition a statement piece feature meeting table 2600mm long with black leather insert and oak veneer top is framed with Bentley and Winston chairs and Bellagio buffet and table.

The café includes a mix of standard height 900mm round café tables and high bar tables in Laminex walnut décor and accompanied by Flow stackable chairs. The external café area features a Nassua table and Yarra chair set. Even the resident’s hairdressing salon is bespoke joinery and chairs upholstered in black vinyl for easy cleaning and long gevity.

Administration and staff areas are supported with Workspace desk and storage solutions and Tempo task chairs are the ideal seating solution.
The quality, size and scale of their facility provides a hospitality feel and takes aged care environments to a new level of design aesthetic and functional appeal.
