Based in the South Australian office, Sam has been instrumental in building Workspace from the ground up. He commenced with the company in 1986: spending 14 years in the cab/chair shop, with 10 of those as the foreman, and 12 years as the installation manager before his current role as project manager. Over that time, Sam is proud to have seen Workspace grow and develop into the successful business it is today.
Working with his team from four up to 12 at any one time, Sam values his finely tuned organisational skills to simply ‘get the job done’. And while his is predominantly a managerial role, he also enjoys the practical side of his work where he can step in at the very beginning of a project and see it right through to its final stages.
First and foremost, Sam loves the challenge that every project offers - no matter how complex or small. His lengthy experience and technical expertise has enabled him to develop high quality standards, where he ensures that each installation is evidence of his precise attention to detail. Sam also values high quality in his team, and is passionate about motivating staff to continue to deliver great outcomes.
