Workspace Commercial Furniture is pleased to announce the appointment of Les Mann as Chairperson of the Board of Directors.

Les brings over four decades of diverse executive leadership, investment, and board experience across the manufacturing, technology, and property sectors. A former chartered accountant and graduate in commerce, Les built his reputation in Australian manufacturing as Managing Director of South Western Manufacturing, where he transformed the company into an award-winning exporter and premium brand leader.

Following the successful sale of that business, Les transitioned into private equity, syndicating commercial property portfolios valued at over $190 million and holding board roles across a variety of enterprises, including Moose Toys, Brauer Natural Medicine, and Realtime Conveyancer Holdings, where he currently serves as Chair.

His hands-on leadership, entrepreneurial insight, and strategic governance make Les an invaluable addition to Workspace as it continues to expand its national presence and reinforce its commitment to Australian manufacturing and innovation.
