As one of the world’s leading property agencies with expertise in local and international property, Savills Australia chose the new premium building of the South Tower at 80 Collins Street. Alongside iconic luxury retailers and curated experiences, it is a new address that will engage the city, bringing to life a transformative new destination, be it day or night. Design, Build and project management was lead by Spectrum Group and collaborated closely with Workspace to achieve a dynamic and sophisticated environment.
The space boasts creative flexible spaces whilst taking advantage of the spectacular views of the city and reflecting the warmth and hospitality of Savills employees. A statement of the strength of the Savills brand is appreciated as soon as one enters the tenancy with an expansive stone reception desk and perforated metal with back lit accent walls and the waiting area guiding you through to the multi-functional open club lounge, allowing total appreciation of the sweeping city views.
The club lounge offers total flexibility in its use accommodating in-house group collaboration zones, through to a variety of large functions and events and onsite auctions. The luxury open breakout kitchen with a custom curved base, brass detailing and stone bench tops are the essence of function and innovative design. Within this multipurpose space, a combination of open ceilings, perforated metal and feature lighting have been utilized.
