Position: Quality and Environment Coordinator (SA)

Workspace Commercial Furniture is a national manufacturer and supplier of a quality range of systems and commercial furniture. We have a vacancy available for a Quality Assurance professional to join our team based at Melrose Park.

The Quality Assurance skills include but not limited to:
• Management of Quality System
• Maintaining records for quality assurance and taxation purposes
• Maintenance of drawing information applicable to production
• Testing of all measuring equipment
• Responsible for 3rd party product certification
• Monitor and investigate environmental issues
• Involvement in Product Development / QA / Release provision
• Development of QA information for annual and triannual audit in line with ISO9001 and ISO14001
• Development of ISO45000 system requirements.
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders per quality requirements.

The successful applicant needs to be self-motivated, flexible in hours as workload demand changes, possess excellent time management and positive people skills. Relevant qualifications and experience will be highly regarded. The position is structured for either a part-time or full-time role.

Position: Furniture Delivery/Installer (VIC)

Have you previously been involved in the assembly of or the manufacture of furniture products? If so, do you wish to exercise some of those skills whilst installing and delivering commercial office furniture? Then we have an opportunity for you to assist with the delivery, installation and configuration of our workstation and office furniture systems. You should be fit and healthy with previous experience within the furniture industry and the possession of a truck licence.

This position requires on site liaising with clients, therefore an appropriate disposition is a pre-requisite.

Position: Project Consultant (VIC)

Workspace Furniture is a national manufacturer and supplier of a quality range of systems and commercial furniture. We have a vacancy available within our Melbourne Sales Team who due to progressive growth has become a significant commercial furniture supplier within the Melbourne Marketplace.

The successful applicant must have outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to present to key prospects as will the participation in business developmental activities. Experience in Key Account Management working directly with customers to achieve their office furniture fit out requirements, this role will also work closely with architects, interior designers, commercial builders and end users alike. Possessing a high-energy level, with plenty of drive and a definite customer service focus, you also will be responsible for the achievement of sales budgets.

Previous experience in commercial product specification, sales and or furniture preferred but not essential.
